Midnight - seed potatoes

Midnight is a striking purple potato variety with dark blue to purple pigmentation throughout the plant - even stems, foliage and flowers have purplish colouring!  Colour remains in cooking.  Pair with Amarosa for remarkably colourful potato dishes!
