Rainbow Tatsoi - organic seeds

Round leaves in greens and purples with white to pink stems. Larger than traditional Tatsoi. Great in salads or steamed.

What began as a unexpected cross between Tokyo Bekana and Wild Garden Seed's Pink Lettucy mild mustard has blossomed into a stunning Tastoi with purple leaves and pinkish stems.Though this population still produces some green plants, every seed selection bring this closer to the violet Tastoi of our dreams.
