Stunning radish with dark purple on the outside and crisp white on the inside.

I love radishes of another color (that might not surprise you if you’ve peaked at our winter radish selection) and so I got really excited when I first saw the Malaga radish that Baker Creek Seeds was offering. I got even more excited when we first grew it out. This radish resists bolting almost as well as Raxe radish does. It also has a nice crisp flavour that doesn't get too strong tasting too quickly (assuming you keep it well watered and pick it on time.)

I’ve read that Malaga radish is a variety from Poland but I haven’t found many details beyond that.

These radishes pack out to make lovely bunches for and slice up to make a beautiful addition beside a sandwich for lunch.
